With Optavia we "team coach" which just means you have a line up of extra support and back up on our program!

Every client is entitled to what we call "tip" calls with a mentor to ensure they are doing well and that nothing needs adjusted!  We want to get you to your goal as quickly as we can!  If you have not had a tip call I would be happy to set a day and time up with you to briefly chat!
