  • Learn by reading Dr. A’s very short, yet powerful, eBook - Stop. Challenge. Choose.® (see link below). This will be a powerful tool you utilize now and in the future.

  • Pick up some essential tools (if you don’t already have them)

            *Food scale - to weigh your lean protein.  You can not guess this amount.

            *Scale to weigh YOU - digital is best.

            *Measuring Tape (Measure your WATCH=Waist, Arm, Thighs, Chest, Hips) 

I am attaching a few guides you will use while doing program.  You will want to print the condiment, dairy and vegetable conversion guides and keep with your spiral book.  You may also want to print the daily success tracker and use it daily to log your food/drink initially or after your 30 day guide book is filled up to keep track. There is a sample grocery list to look off of in case you want to refer to that. A lean protein shrinkage chart, the digital Optavia 30 day guide, and a recipe conversion chart to reference.

Start off by reading the Optavia30 guide p. 14-23.  This will explain the program in detail and will be what we reference when we review everything before you start.  The other guides attached will make sense once reading that and are great to have on hand.  :)
