My word for this year is RENEW. 

Time to RENEW my health, RENEW my faith, RENEW my trust, RENEW my financial situation, RENEW old friendships, and RENEW my mindset.

These past four years of coaching have been completely life-changing in many ways, mostly for the good! BUT, truth be told, I've had my share of emotional trauma and family stress.  I'm sure you can relate.  

History has a way of bringing back old, debilitating habits.  For those like me that deal with food addictions and turning to alcohol to relieve some of those life stressors, it's extremely important to have a person (or perhaps an army) to turn to when life gives you lemons.  I want to be that person for you again, as my coaches have done for me.  They have pulled me out of my dark slump.  They continue to advise and support me back towards my next goals. 

It's time to make lemonade with those lemons!!
